Who we are

Ms. Jasmin Porter, shareholder and CEO
Ms. Jasmin Porter was for a long time part of the management (strategy and sales) at Medical Park, one of the quality-leaders in inpatient rehabilitation in Germany. Before, she gained experience in HealtCare by establishing and managing the first specialized company in Germany in the field of medical tourism (incoming) and in various consultancy projects in Hospitals and Rehabiliation centers. After her commercial education in a law firm she worked very closely in the areas of insolvency law, business counseling and guidance for start-ups.

Mr. Reinhard Fuss, shareholder and CEO
Mr. Reinhard Fuss worked for many years as manager (CSO) in one of the largest municipality hospitals in Germany, the Munich Hosital Group.
During that time, he was among others responsible for strategic development and construction of the Hospitals and has huge experience in this. Before, he was head of health and hospital planning of Munich, he worked in different facilities in the German Health Care sector and social areas. He studied politics, sociology and psychology in Tuebingen and Munich.
